Shipping policy

  • Orders ship out in 1-5 Business Days.

  • Flat Rate of $7 to ship all orders.

  • Shipping typically takes 2-5 days once it leaves our facility in MS with Standard Shipping. If you would like it to arrive faster purchase Priority Shipping.

  • Please understand that processing time is always 1-4 business days no matter which shipping you pay for. The Priority shipping just guarantees it will arrive within 3 business days once it leaves our facility. 

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.

  • PLEASE double check your shipping address. If a package comes back to us we will reach out to you for a new shipping address and you will have to pay $5 shipping again

  • **WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
  • If an item says Delivered you will need to reach out to the carrier regarding your package. We use USPS & UPS Only.
  • You will receive a tracking email once your item(s) ship.
